It has 2 carefully decorated and elegant bedrooms, one of which has a small terrace. The house has a bathroom with shower and a toilet. For longer stays, the single room can be converted into an office if required.

The property was clean and well equipped and the beds comfortable. The two terraces are a plus. I would suggest parking in the car park by Pont Roma as it's an easy walk from there. The wi-fi was the only real negative being slow/very slow/unusable.

We thought the apartment was a perfect holiday apartment. It is in an old building but fully refurbished to provide a modern, well furnished apartment. The two terraces provided outside space in sun and shade for most of the day. It is only a 5-10 misee more
We thought the apartment was a perfect holiday apartment. It is in an old building but fully refurbished to provide a modern, well furnished apartment. The two terraces provided outside space in sun and shade for most of the day. It is only a 5-10 minute walk down to the centre of Pollenca so great location. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and beds comfortable. We found it very quiet staying here. Would strongly recommend it as a place to stay. The apartment is located in a narrow street and parking is tight, but we found other parking on nearby streets where there seemed less chance of the hire car being damaged! Highly recommend L’hortet, a general grocery store just around the corner - stocks just about everything you need and you can buy in smaller quantities than at the larger supermarkets. Communication with IPM was efficient throughout. Check-in is via a key safe, so had no face to face contact with company. Pollenca is a beautiful old town with character, plenty to explore, and loads of restaurants/cafes/bars. The town is 5-10 drive to beaches, 45-60 mins from Palma airport and well located to explore the north east corner of Mallorca.

Spotlessly clean, modernized 2 floors of a typical Pollenca house. Very well equipped, air conditioning very effective in all bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen area. 2 balcony areas. One off the bedroom facing to the back of the property and a large balcony off the living room/kitchen area with an adjustable canopy, dining table and chairs and sun loungers with a fabulous view of the mountains. The property is within walking distance of the town centre and the Calvari steps and viewing area. It is in an elevated position in the village so allows for great views. Nice cafe, Bar and 2 local supermarkets which are well stocked and full of local produce are just a 5 minute stroll from this property. Great communication with the local company who maintain this property with an online check in and easy access to the property even though our flight was delayed.

Pollença is a charming town and the apartment is very smart, just on the edge of the historical centre, but in a peaceful location. It is very well-equipped and the roof terrace has lovely views over the Transmuntana and down to the sea. There is a good local shop just round the corner and the town centre with many bars and restaurants is an easy ten minutes walk away. Five more minutes take you to the bus stop for the Port and beaches and beyond to Alcuida. You can also get buses to Palma and Soller. Parking is limited in the town but there is plenty round the edges.

Perfect place for adult’s only, but with full mobility due to bedrooms on the first floor & kitchen, sitting area on top floor (this would not be suitable for very small childrenadults that could not use stairs, you also have a staircase from the street to the apartment door. I would suggest that a mirror be fitted in one of the bedrooms, this is because we had four adults in the property and one mirror in the bathroom & one in the hallway. But would highly recommend.

La grande terrasse est très plaisante. Il y a un parking près du pont de pierres à 2 pas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique pour laisser la voiture car les rues sont très étroites. On peut facilement aller dans le centre de Pollenca à pied. Nsee more
