Description
Spectacular house located only a few metres away from the beach in Colonia de Sant Jordi passing one of the typical lakes of the region with its white conical salt mountains, well maintained and perfectly equipped.
In the front garden with beautiful roses and bougainvillea you find the elevated terrace of the flat. In the morning, the sun shines on this side of the house and accompanies you from the beginning of the day, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The living room is bright and has two double doors to the terrace. The adjoining kitchen offers plenty of space to cook together on the gas cooker and a dining table. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are all at the back of the house. At the end of the corridor a second terrace opens up, where the sun rises in the afternoon. On this second terrace is the cosy barbecue area with barbecue grill and seating area, ideal for barbecue lovers.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold).
The location is perfect as the sea is just around the corner (130 meters) and two beautiful beaches are within walking distance (900 meters or 1000 meters). Even to the world famous natural beach Es Trenc you can walk along the coast or drive in a few minutes and so enjoy its amazing crystal clear waters and white sand. In this region of the island, you have a wide variety of beaches with a Caribbean flair. It is also worth a trip to the east coast, with its fishing villages and unique coves.
In short, Tabalu is an affordable and comfortable holiday home in a beautiful and priceless region.

However Marga, the host, was incredible - she met us at the property, gave us a tour of the house, recommended local eateries and checked in with me during the stay! She also helped organise a taxi for us when our plans on departure changed and was just extremely kind and lovely and communicative!

The apartment is beautiful and was extremely clean, the towels smelled even better than my own house ☺️ The location is also quite convenient and close to a lot of beaches. I would totally recommend staying there!

Host is super nice and friendly. We got money back from deposit effectivley in 2 days! I really suggest this apartament for families with kids! Thanks!

Die Küche ist super Ausgestattet und das es sogar eine Waschmaschine gibt ist ein toller Bonus. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, 150m bis man an den Holzsteg / ans Meer kommt, von da aus kann man super schön entweder bis zum Strand oder bis zum Hafen laufen.
Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte direkt. Eins steht fest: Wir kommen wieder <3 |
