The villa consists of approximately 400 square metres of living space - 1 living room, 1 ultra-modern kitchen, 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a large table where you can enjoy a delicious dinner with family or friends, and also has an area to relax on the large sofa and armchairs in front of the TV. The very spacious kitchen allows you to enjoy it without any inconvenience as it provides everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything.
A touch of luxury can be felt in all the rooms of the house. High quality materials are combined with elegant designs. Whole house, clean, everything, what we needed, was inside. Pool, fitness, whirlpool ... big kitchen, dining and living room, coffee machine, toaster, all what we needed, was available for us.

Just a little - location. On one side, it's quite and with nice view. But the shop, the centre, old town and beach are not close. Walking 20 minutes, that's not a problem. Just that we could not see and touch the beach right in front. It is notsee more

floors away from the pool area which is frustrating if you want a drink and are at the pool.
A snack and drink fridge/cupboard by the gym area would really help!

Discover Villa Can Torrens, your dream home on the seafront! Enjoy spectacular views from every corner of this unique property. The house has two floors where you can enjoy your holidays. On the entrance level there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a guest toilet and a large well equipped kitchen with access to the bright and comfortable living room. The whole length of the house is oriented towards the sea. In summer you open the large windows in the kitchen and the living room and you have the sound of the sea in the house. On the 60 m2 long terrace on this slightly elevated level you can enjoy a wonderful meal watching the yachts passing by. Even on hot days a pleasant wind blows here. On the ground floor of the house there are 4 further bedrooms, three with access to the terrace on this floor and one with bathroom en suite. The third bathroom is also located on this floor. Perfect for the winter, there is a large common room with fireplace and Majorcan oven. The terrace of 120 m2 is semi-covered, has a dining table, a lounge area with sun loungers and a ping pong table to spend the afternoons playing in front of the sea. The sea is so close that it is only necessary to go down some stairs and pass the brick footbridge to enjoy the waters of Mallorca. The detached house is situated in a very quiet area, but only 1km away from the port of Alcudia with all its shops and restaurants. Villa Can Torrens is a dream house by the sea at an excellent price! Electricity according to consumption 0,40€/ Kwh. Deposit 300 €/ reservation. Extra heating in winter months: 30 €/day.1 review
