This elegant holiday villa is located in a small residential area in the Bay of Pollença, close to the beach with a wonderful sea view, on the outskirts of the famous and beautiful town of Alcudia.
The outdoor area offers a private pool of 8m x 4m surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and other furniture to relax both in the shade on the pleasant terrace and sunbathing. In addition, the terrace also has a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners with family and friends.
The house is lovingly designed with great taste and quality furniture. As soon as you enter the house, your attention is drawn to the elegant staircase that leads to the first floor where the 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms are located. Two of the bedrooms have a dressing room as well as incredible views of the sea.
The ground floor has a cosy living room with very comfortable sofas. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, and both rooms are also connected to the terrace and therefore to the pool in front of the sea.
The owner leaves both bath and pool towels for all guests.
The location of the house is a privilege: due to its proximity to the sea, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. But, it is also a place where sports such as Windsurfing and Kitesurfing are practised. The school for this is located very few metres from the house.

Wer viel Wert auf Ruhe legt ist hier falsch und sollte sich ein abgelegenes Haus mieten. Für uns als Freundesgruppe aber weniger schlimm, da wir auch immer wieder unterwegs waren. Wenn ich doch was zu meckern finden müsste: wäre klasse gewesen, wenn am Abreisetag jemand gekommen wäre und wir nicht den kleine Umweg zum Büro fahren hätten müssen - aber auch das halb so wild mit Mietwagen :) Sehr gerne wieder! Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und empfehlen auch sehr gerne weiter! Top!

Vi var 6 stk som hadde en fantastisk uke på Mallorca. Huset svarte til forventningene. Godt vedlikeholdt og flott uteområde med eget basseng. Akkurat som på bildene. Det eneste som kan trekke litt ned er er støyende trafikk mellom huset og stranda, msee more
Vi var 6 stk som hadde en fantastisk uke på Mallorca. Huset svarte til forventningene. Godt vedlikeholdt og flott uteområde med eget basseng. Akkurat som på bildene. Det eneste som kan trekke litt ned er er støyende trafikk mellom huset og stranda, men det var vi klar over på forhånd så det gikk veldig fint. Ellers et stille og rolig område med utsikt til surfestrand. Det anbefales å ha leiebil da huset ligger et stykke unna matbutikker og restauranter. Det er kun 1 restaurant i nærheten. Huset ligger ca 1,5 km fra gamlebyen i Alcudia. Vi gikk fine morgenturer til gamlebyen og Alcudia beach hver dag. Alt i alt er vi alle superfornøyde, passet oss utmerket i forhold til våre ønsker og behov. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Lovely villa, clean and well equipped. Property was as described. We found it was the perfect location set inbetween pollensa & Alcudia - both around a 10mins drive into the centre - would recommend hiring a car. The BBQ was a huge hit and the pool/gsee more
