This house with two floors has a modern and bright interior design. On the ground floor, the cosy living room has a satellite TV for entertainment, along with a dining table for sharing special moments. The separate, modern kitchen is a functional and well-lit space that invites culinary creation.

The property has its parking space in the yard.

Welcome to Delicias! This charming residence is located in the centre of Playa de Muro and very close to the most beautiful beach in the north of Majorca. The property has a private swimming pool of 3,3m x 7m strategically located at the back of the house, close to the lake canal which runs through the neighbourhood.
