This beautiful holiday home is located in a small residential area in the Bay of Pollença, close to the beach on the outskirts of the well known and pretty town of Alcudia.

Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a lawn area, a barbecue area with shaded table and chairs and a porch at the entrance of the house also carefully furnished by the owner. In addition, the roof terrace offers another area where you can also sunbathe with more privacy and without being disturbed.
In the house you will find a light-flooded living-dining room with a very comfortable sofa, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. All the rooms of the house have air conditioning and heating as well as wifi connection.
