Holiday home for 4 people with everything you need for a perfect sun and beach holiday. Ideally located with breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains and only 200 metres from the beautiful beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The house is distributed over two floors and accommodates 4 people. Enjoy al fresco meals on the beautiful covered terrace with barbecue. You can sunbathe under the Mallorcan sun on the sun loungers in the enchanting garden. The outdoor shower allows you to freshen up and remove the sand when you come in from the beach. Dry off with one of the beach towels included in the house.
The spacious living-dining room with Wifi and Smart TV is connected to the outdoor area and the kitchen.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Wake up to with mountain views from the bedroom with a double bed. Two further bedrooms with single beds are located on the first floor next to the bathroom with bathtub. The house also has a separate toilet.

Especially the one in the living room would be useful in months where the sun goes down early. The main lamp in the living room makes a strange noise which can get annoying after a while.
All air-conditioning remotes but one had empty(used) batteries. We didn’t use air-conditioning, so it was not a problem - just a note for you. |

The apartment also has a private parking lot. The apartment is fully equipped, it has everything, it is very convenient and comfortable. They awaited our arrival with cold wine and water and fruits, which was very good for us after the long flight. The sea is a 1-minute walk away. Shops and restaurants are everywhere nearby. The beach is white sand, long, has umbrellas and is wonderful. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Lage top, Strand zu Fuss in 5min. erreichbar. Privatsphäre im Garten. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Klimaanalage in jedem Zimmer separat gesteuert. Es waren sogar 2 Sonnenschirme für den Strand vorhanden. Die Musik vom Nachbsee more

Einzige Minuspunkte oder Verbesserungsvorschläge: -Nachtvorhänge in den Schlafzimmer, da die Jalousien nicht komplett verdunkeln / kippen. -Sonnenmarkise auf dem Sitzplatz (Abendsonne)
