This elegant holiday villa stands out for its special and excellent location directly on the lake in a small residential area, at the foot of the "Sant Marti" mountain, and also in the famous and beautiful town of Alcudia, just 1 km from the sandy beach.
The garden offers a private 7m x 3.5m saltwater pool with comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Mallorcan sun surrounded by spacious green areas. After a swim in the pool, you can enjoy a refreshing drink on the covered terrace in the lounge made of high-quality polyrattan. There is a barbecue in the covered outdoor area and a ping-pong table that you can enjoy with your family and/or friends.
The house is spread over two floors and accommodates 8 people in four bedrooms. Three of them have double beds, and the other one have two single beds. On the main floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, and on the first floor, there are two more bathrooms, also with showers.
The house exhibits a well-maintained style with high-quality and stylish furniture. In the entrance area, a spacious staircase leads first to a gallery and then to three of the four air-conditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor, from the entrance on the right hand, you reach the fourth bedroom with a door leading to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. On the left side of the entrance is the sophisticated and functional dining-living room with Smart TV and wifi. Solid wood furniture and the glass table are complemented by high-quality upholstered furniture. Plenty of light enters the marble-floored rooms, whose walls are decorated with stucco moldings. A spacious separate kitchen completes the excellent furnishings. The entire accommodation is air-conditioned.
The house is located near Hidropark, a water park that offers fun for both young and old.

Villa Vallespir is distributed in a large garden equipped with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe as well as an outdoor shower to refresh yourself, enjoy the Majorcan sun in the best way. The house has a barbecue perfect for barbecue lovers located outside and a table for outdoor dining. There is also a fantastic chill-out area to relax. There is also a furnished covered terrace that connects directly to the living room. Inside, the living room has satellite TV, 2 sofas, air conditioning and a table equipped with chairs to enjoy Mallorca's delicious meals.
