This holiday home with a pool is located just 700 metres from one of the best beaches in Mallorca: Playa de Muro!
Ca Na Nicole has a terrace adorned with flowers and a small garden with sun loungers where you can relax and unwind during your holiday on the island. On the terrace you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner in Mediterranean temperatures. The house has a well maintained communal chlorine pool (11m x 6m) where you can refresh yourself, soak up the sun and enjoy the pleasant Mallorcan climate.
The house is spread over two floors and offers space for six people. On the ground floor there is a living and dining room with all mod cons, which opens onto the terrace where you can relax or spend pleasant hours with your family or friends. Three bedrooms on the first floor ensure that guests get a pleasant night's sleep during their stay at Ca Na Nicole.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed and the bedroom with two single beds each have a terrace with two sun loungers where you can relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms are also located on the first floor. One of them is en suite and has a shower, while the other bathroom has two washbasins and a large bathtub where you can relax.
The rustic kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for you to prepare a variety of dishes from our Mediterranean cuisine, including a dishwasher. The comfortable sofa allows you to relax in the air-conditioned living room with Smart TV and fibre optic connection. A dining table for six people offers pleasant moments with family or friends.
The holiday home is ideal for families with small children as there is a large playground right next door. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. Just 700 metres away, you can stroll along a quiet sandy beach, cool off in its calm waters and enjoy a pleasant sea breeze. Explore the beautiful north coast and visit the oldest town in Mallorca, Alcudia! On Tuesdays and Sundays you can visit the impressive market, which is of great tourist interest and offers typical products so that you can buy a souvenir of your fantastic holiday on the island.

Good location walking distance to the beach. We had a car to explore the island otherwise, and there is plenty street parking nearby. The amenities are there for a comfortable stay (fully equipped kitchen, etc), our only discomfort was one of the bedsee more

The amenities are there for a comfortable stay (fully equipped kitchen, etc), our only discomfort was one of the beds (in the room with baby cot), the mattress was way too soft, and a few wooden planks supporting it were missing. One also has to keep windows closed in the evening because of mosquitoes.

Es ist ein tolles Reihenendhaus mit aller nötiger Ausstattung. Sogar ein paar Lebensmittel und Wasser für den Start in den Urlaub waren vorhanden. Der Pool ist super und die Strecke zum Strand kurz. Man kann gute Radtouren machen und Westen und Ostensee more

Man kann gute Radtouren machen und Westen und Osten mit dem Auto erkunden. Die Vermietung ist super, spricht mindestens fliessend Deutsch und Englisch, hat bei einer Anfrage sofort für uns reagiert. Kann ich dringend weiter empfehlen.
