It is a terraced house with two terraces and great spaciousness inside. The ground floor terrace has a table for outdoor dining and a barbecue that you can use in the small garden terrace. On the first floor terrace you can sunbathe under the Mallorcan sun or enjoy a glass of wine with the sea breeze. The ground floor terrace connects to the living room-dining room, providing plenty of natural light. Large extendable table for 4 people will allow you to enjoy meals with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for culinary moments. On this same floor is the bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you will find the bedrooms, one of them with two single beds, a terrace and equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfortable rest. Double bedroom equipped with air conditioning and a small balcony. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a desk. On this same floor is the second bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped with satellite TV, wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning in the living room and double bedroom, ceiling fan in the twin bedroom and the rest of the fans are available upon request. If you want to travel with a small dog, you can make the request specifying the weight.
