Welcome to Delicias! This charming residence is located in the centre of Playa de Muro and very close to the most beautiful beach in the north of Majorca.
The property has a private swimming pool of 3,3m x 7m strategically located at the back of the house, close to the lake canal which runs through the neighbourhood. The pool is designed to enjoy the good Majorcan weather around it, as it has a porch, four sunbeds for sunbathing, a space with a table and six chairs and also a portable barbecue.
The exterior communicates with the house through several accesses: one directly to the fully equipped kitchen and another one directly to the living-dining room and its comfortable sofas. This makes the house very comfortable and cosy.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with bathroom en suite, and one bedroom with two single beds. All of them, as well as the living room, have air-conditioning to cope with the hot summer days in Majorca. In total there are two bathrooms with a bathtub on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor.
In short, Delicias is a highly recommended choice to enjoy an incredible holiday with family or friends in a very quiet neighbourhood but with all the amenities around without the need to have a car: well-known restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just a few steps away. We had a amazing stay. There was everything you could need and unbelievably close to the beach, buses and facilities. The pool was clean and so was the whole property. Checkin was so easy and smooth. We would definitely return!

The outdoor area is a little small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and although next to the canal we were not bothered by mosquitoes that much. Location is perfect for exploring the island especially if you have a hire car as it is only a few minutes from the main road into playa de muro

Short walk to beautiful lake and to the beach. Nice private pool. Shaded until 10 and from about 3 onwards which was a benefit for us with small children. Ideal property mallorca was very professional. Would recommend to anyone visiting Alcudia

Der Herd konnte nicht wirklich zum kochen genutzt werden, da er nicht ausreichend Wärme erzeugt bzw. diese nicht weitergibt. Man konnte nicht mal Wasser zum kochen bringend, dass zuvor schon im Wasserkocher erhitzt wurde.

Grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Betten stellenweise etwas kurz bzw schmal geraten. Viele Mücken und kein Fliegengitter am Fenster. Ausstattung in Ordnung, auch in der Küche, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten .

Ausstattung in Ordnung, auch in der Küche, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten . Fernseher leider nur auf spanisch..mit 2 Teenagern stellenweise etwas schwierig. Viele Hunde Drumherum dadurch nachts oft entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. |
