The large house is distributed on two floors. Rooms equipped for your comfortable rest with air conditioning. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room, on the second floor are located the rest of the rooms, one of them with bathroom in suite. On this same floor you will find another bathroom, the spacious living room and the kitchen equipped to enjoy culinary moments. Enjoy breakfast outdoors on the terrace on the second floor next to the kitchen.
The outdoor area will delight you thanks to its large saltwater pool of 8m x 4m surrounded by sunbeds where you can sunbathe in the Majorcan sun. The terrace is a perfect place to relax while enjoying a barbecue on the porch. The garden also has a rocking chair, ideal to enjoy a good book or just to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. And if you have children, the fenced terrace is an excellent option for them to play without worries.

Very minor issues, one of the toilet roll holders fell off and was loose when replaced and the drain cover at the bottom of the pool was broken. Some minor dirt in the corners of the bathroom but otherwise brilliant. Would come again.

This was our second stay here, and we had a great time. The property is lovely and well equipped. The garden and pool are a really nice environment to hang out in. It's a short walk to the marina and beach, where there's lots of activity, good restausee more

It's a short walk to the marina and beach, where there's lots of activity, good restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc. It's only half an hour's walk to old Alcudia, a beautiful walled city with old stone buildings and small winding streets. And it's very close to the mountains, with great hiking trails.
