Very responsive and helpful host all the way throughout our stay. Quite dated on inside but we didn’t spend much time staying in, so it was fine by us. The pool has been cleaned every day which was great. We had some water issues on day 3 but its beesee more

The pool has been cleaned every day which was great. We had some water issues on day 3 but its been sorted very quickly. Rung the office and they came over within the next hourtwo. The only down side was the AC breaking in one of the bedrooms and they could only fix it after 2 days due to a local public holiday. Please not the barbecue is portable and quite small and we had to buy the charcoal and everything. It looks like a whole villa in pictures but it’s actually a duplex (semi detached) so you can hear and see next door neighbours quite closely. Recommend to rent a car as its not that close to Alcúdia port. Great experience overall!

Nach einem kurzen Anruf wurde uns aber schnell geholfen: Während wir schon die Umgebung erkundet haben, wurde das Haus komplett gereinigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist top - sowohl der Strand als auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ein kleines Manko war die Toilettenspülung, die manchmal zwei Anläufe brauchte, aber ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus war bis in die Ecken sauber. Alle Dinge, die man zum Kochen braucht, sind da. Anfragen per Mail werden zeitnah und freundlich beantwortet. Der Pool wurde jeden 2. Tag gereinigt. Es war ein rundum ein schöner Urlaub!

During the summer months, there is a pier in front of the house for sunbathing. Additionally, they have 3 kayaks, which will allow you to enjoy some sports during your vacation days. There is a covered outdoor area with a barbecue and a table for enjoying outdoor dinners. Furthermore, an outdoor chill-out area with 3 umbrellas and another table for breakfast with a view of the sea.
