The two residential units and their gardens and pools are separate and solely for the respective tenant.
The exquisite garden of the finca features artificial grass surrounding a 7m x 3m swimming pool, creating a totally private and sunny environment. Equipped with 6 sunbeds and two sunshades, the pool has depths from 0.95m to 1.75m and is the ideal place to cool off. The pool and lawn area is separated from the terrace by a wooden fence, making it a safe place for children. In this area you will find a wooden table for 8 people, a barbecue and a bench under a parasol, creating a rustic and charming space to enjoy meals in the sun and refreshing dips in the pool.
The interior of the house, which consists of a ground floor and first floor, has an authentic Mallorcan atmosphere with its rustic decoration, stone walls, beams and fireplace. The living room has a sofa, dining table for 4 people and satellite TV. Near the fireplace, there is a bench in the wall and a lamp, perfect for quiet readings by the fire. The kitchen, integrated into the living room with a bar, is fully equipped with everything you need.
On the ground floor, you will find a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Going up to the first floor, you will discover 3 more bedrooms with single beds, one of them with beds together creating a King size bed. There is also a bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and have windows that allow perfect luminosity. Wifi is available throughout the accommodation.

Het was schoon, comfortabel en voorzien van alle gemakken die we nodig hadden. Bovendien is de locatie ideaal als je het hele eiland wilt verkennen. We kunnen dit verblijf van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een leuk huis op Mallorca!

Los dueños, tanto Miguel como su señora e hijos son encantadores, disponibles para todo, muy simpáticos. La casa es genial, tiene de todo, espacios amplios y la piscina y lugar de barbacoa es espectacular. Recomendable a ojos cerrados!!!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Der Eigentümer bringt einem regelmäßig frische Eier von seinen eigenen Hühnern. Auch die gesamte Anlage mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und reinlich. Wir waren schon einmal hier und wersee more

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Anwesen. Herzliche und zuvorkommende Eigentümer, die sich stets um das Wohlergehen der Bewohner sorgen. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Es liegt im Landesinneren aber mit einem Auto ist alles super zu erreichen. Palma z.B. in esee more

Es liegt im Landesinneren aber mit einem Auto ist alles super zu erreichen. Palma z.B. in einer knappen halben Stunde. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Haus jedem empfehlen.
