The exterior of the finca has a wonderful circular swimming pool of 7m in diameter surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, a barbecue area with grill, fireplace, sink and plenty of space to prepare delicious meals and a covered terrace with lounge furniture equipped with a large table for outdoor dining.
The finca offers with a thoughtfully designed living/dining room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, offering unlimited Wifi connection and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
Three cosy bedrooms guarantee a restful night's sleep, with a newly renovated bathroom in the house and another outside bathroom near the pool. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, perfect for groups or families.
Play table tennis, football, darts or basketball as often and as long as you like on the multifunctional court!

Just perfect! Beautiful setting and gardens, amazing pool area, lovely outdoor seating with the additional bonus of bbq area. The property was very clean, great facilities. We made it about 1.8 km from Pollensa Town - which was gorgeous. Great base asee more

We made it about 1.8 km from Pollensa Town - which was gorgeous. Great base and highly recommend this property for a visit. We even got cooked a delicious paella by the owner. The photos on the website don't do it justice we had such a relaxing holiday.

Guillem ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgeschieden mit einem gepflegten Garten, super Pool, überdachter Terrasse, Aussenküche, Tischtennisplatte. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
