This fabulous finca with a ground floor house in the middle of nature, a few minutes from the town of Pollensa, is the perfect place for your holidays in Mallorca. The house has a beautiful pool (4m x 8m) at the foot of a small porch covered by an incredible bougainvillea that creates a very pleasant atmosphere to enjoy with family or friends.
If Can Torreta stands out for something, without a doubt it is for its terrace with direct access to both the living room of the house and the pool area, which has six sundbeds, a chill out area, barbecue and a table with six chairs to make breakfasts, lunches and dinners outside.

The Villa is simple, but comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The Villa could do with a little bit of updating, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. However, we had a lovely stay at this villa and the hosts were very friendly.

A really lovely villa set in quiet countryside with a beautiful pool and terrace, with BBQ. Inside is clean, simple, but comfortable, with everything you need. There is a convenient toilet and shower located outside and round the other side from this, an outside store room that houses some umbrellas, clothes drying rack etc. The villa is well placed between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, which are both about 6 mins drive away. You do need a car for this villa, but a word of warning, the driveway is a challenge to negotiate. It is manageable if you drive very slowly (our car’s side sensors came in very handy!). The Google map link you are sent is accurate. There are two driveways next to each other, Can Torreta is the one on the left. The key box is located on the wall on the pool facing terrace, but they open the patio doors on the side terrace. Would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with a beautiful pool and terrace.

Die Finca ist in einer gut und schönen ruhigen Lage, der Google-Map-Link ist korrekt. Mann darf sich nicht von der Einfahrt irritieren lassen, da der Weg sehr eng und lang ist (Feldweg). Das Haus sieht man von der Straße aus nicht. Im Haus ist es sauber, einfach, aber komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Poolanlage ist groß und schön wie auf den Bildern. Für Kinder ist der Pool super geeignet, da Sie über einen schönen großen Treppeneinstieg selber leicht raus und reingehen können. Schade ist, dass sich bei so einem schönen und großen Pool die Beschichtung an der Treppe und am Poolboden löst. Den Pool habe ich am ersten Tag selber gereinigt, da er sehr schmutzig war, und mir aufgefallen ist das die Filteranlage nicht funktioniert. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermietung wurde uns direkt mitgeteilt, das ein Techniker am gleichen Tag noch vorbei kommt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt , aber für den Preis hätte ich mir von der Ausstattung und Zustand es Hauses mehr erwartet.
