The Finca pearl "Sa Sort" is located in the green heart of the island and offers great comfort for relaxing holiday days in a typical Mallorcan finca. The house generously extends over 228 m2 and 2 living levels. In the lower part of the house, there is a large, very cosy living room, a bathroom and a large country-style kitchen. On the 1st floor, there are 4 bedrooms and another bathroom. Particularly noteworthy is the well-maintained and very green outdoor area of this finca, with a furnished terrace, a separate barbecue corner and the beautiful pool area. The Mediterranean garden invites you to relax under shade-giving trees with several hammocks and chill-out corners. The Finca Sort offers you the perfect balance between a good starting point to embark on excursions in all directions - e.g. to the beach, to the mountains or to the original villages of Mallorca - and welcomes you back "home" with its cosiness and absolute privacy after an exciting day. The house is not only a few kilometres from Inca with its numerous shopping opportunities and the largest weekly market in Mallorca, but also very close to the wine-growing towns of Binissalem, Alaró, Consell and Santa María, which can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Fireplace available. Firewood is not included in the price. Electricity according to consumption 0.35 Euros/ kWh. Deposit 100 Euros/ week. Heating for the winter months 15€/day The tourist tax/ local tax and the deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Finca Alegre is equipped for 8 people and has all the amenities for you to enjoy the vacation you deserve. Its spectacular outdoor area features a large 8m x 4m pool surrounded by a garden, complete with sun loungers and seating under the sun. Relax on the large Balinese bed equipped with curtains for moments of rest. There's fun for the little ones in the large playground and ping pong table. Enjoy outdoor barbecues and meals with family or friends on the spacious porch with a large chill-out area. The outdoor area is connected to the dining room, equipped with a chaise lounge sofa, Playstation, dining table, and a kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. The entire house is distributed on a single ground floor. The main kitchen is detailed for culinary moments and is located in the interior area alongside the bedrooms. It features a spacious living-dining room with easy access to the outside. The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses and TVs. One of them has two electric 90cm beds with 5 positions forward and backward, another is a double bedroom with a large King-size bed and a private bar, and the other two bedrooms have single beds. Pool towels, large and small towels, and a bathrobe are provided for each guest. Finca Alegre is meticulously equipped with wifi (fibre optic internet throughout the house), air conditioning, a whirlpool bath, and everything else you need for a dream vacation. For reservations of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 177 euros applies. Deposit 500 euros (to be paid before arrival) The localtax is not included in the price.
