The interior of the house is composed of a cosy dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, two of them with a comfortable double bed, distributed on the ground floor of the house. It also enjoys two bathrooms, one of them en suite for more privacy, and air conditioning for a pleasant atmosphere.

Die Finca ist im typischen mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Outdoorkitchen ist klasse, wir haben immer nur draußen gekocht. Der Pool ist super für groß und klein.
Der Besitzer stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Einsee more
Die Finca ist im typischen mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Outdoorkitchen ist klasse, wir haben immer nur draußen gekocht. Der Pool ist super für groß und klein.
Der Besitzer stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde umgehend behoben. |

This beautifully landscaped finca with private pool is located in a quiet area. "Can Caragol," situated in the countryside near the town of Inca, features several terraces and relaxation areas, including a wonderful Balinese bed, a private pool (4 x 2.5 metres), and sun loungers at your disposal. The spacious garden with lawn, palm trees, and abundant vegetation also includes a rustic charcoal grill for enjoying delicious barbecues outdoors. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other two rooms with two beds each, sharing another bathroom with a shower. The large kitchen open to the dining area is fully equipped. The living room and two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite television. Thanks to the smart TV, you can enjoy programs on platforms like Netflix or HBO. The WIFI works perfectly throughout the house and in the outdoor area. The estate is located less than 3 kilometres from Inca, with various shops and restaurants. Inca hosts its weekly market every Thursday. The convenient highway connection from Inca leads to Palma and the beaches of the northern part of the island in 25 minutes. Can Caragol offers an unforgettable stay for you to unwind during your vacation! Upon arrival, you can expect some delights as a welcome gift. The use of air conditioning is billed separately at a rate of 15 euros/night, payable in cash during the stay. No groups of young people under 30 years old are accepted. Deposit: 200 euros. Enjoy your holidays in our Finca "Casa de Puri"! The finca is located in the centre of Mallorca, in a very quiet area, very close to the village of Lloseta. The exterior is very well kept and maintained, with a large private pool, with 2 sunbeds and a table with chairs to enjoy the nice Majorcan weather. This cosy country house is lovingly decorated, lined with stone and preserving the original materials. A cosy covered terrace at the entrance of the house provides shade and invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings and barbecues thanks to the small outside barbecue house with a special charm. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated in a rustic style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and is very spacious. From the kitchen, there is also direct access to the pool area. The living room and one of the three bedrooms are air-conditioned and are oriented to the northeast, so that even in the summer, the room temperature is pleasant. In total there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower. Furthermore, pool towels are provided for all guests in addition to the bath towels. The property is very well located, quiet and only 6 km away from the beautiful Tramuntana mountains. The village Lloseta can be easily reached on foot. Because of the location in the centre of the island, all highlights such as the most beautiful beaches, the capital Palma de Mallorca and much more can be reached by car in a few minutes.
