The spectacular exterior offers a large swimming pool of 10m x 5m, with a built-in staircase and surrounded by comfortable sunbeds to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The large garden is perfect for relaxing and enjoying outdoor activities. In addition, guests can enjoy guaranteed entertainment on the large and completely private tennis court.
The charming porch, decorated with beautiful bougainvillea, has a large table for 8 people and two seating areas. For barbecue lovers, an outdoor grill is also available to enjoy outdoor meals.
The interior of the finca is bright and cozy, offering a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The spacious living-dining room has large windows, two sofas for quiet moments and two tables to enjoy family meals. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, directly connected to the outside. The other bedrooms, equipped with two single beds each, are located on the second floor. The bathrooms with bathtub are located on the same floor, between the bedrooms. All the rooms are equipped to guarantee a comfortable rest.
The location of the finca is perfect, as it is in a quiet area and only a few minutes away from one of the most famous and admired beaches of Mallorca, Es Trenc. This beach is famous for its crystal clear waters and white sand. In addition, near the house, there are routes that lead to different parts of the beach.
