Welcome to our rural Finca Sa Costa with a swimming pool in the heart of the countryside of Mallorca. Experience the charm of an ideal family holiday, just a few kilometres from the beautiful beach of Alcudia.
Located in Buger, in the heart of Mallorca, this finca offers accommodation for up to 6 people, a 10x5 m private pool and panoramic views of the island.
Upon entering the finca, you will be greeted by an impressive rustic house surrounded by lush lawns and an inviting swimming pool. The pool is equipped with 6 comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the warm Mallorcan sun. Next to the pool, you will find a covered area with table and benches, a ceramic barbecue for family gatherings and refreshing outdoor baths. In addition, there are lounge chairs for relaxing and an outdoor shower. Complete your experience on the spacious terrace on the first floor with parasol and table for 6, offering idyllic views of the surrounding nature.
Inside, a spacious foyer welcomes you with enough armchairs for everyone's comfort. On the ground floor, the bright living room with integrated dining area has 2 sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV and a table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has another table for 6. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub.
The first floor houses the three bedrooms and the second bathroom. With wifi and air conditioning in all rooms, the house offers modern comforts. The bedrooms include one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a third spacious room with a double bed, a single bed, a desk and access to a terrace. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub.
Buger, a picturesque village in the north of Mallorca, is only 500 metres away from the finca. Surrounded by charming villages such as Sa Pobla, just 5 km from the property, and Campanet, Inca and Pollença, you can explore the island's authentic culture. 19km away, discover Alcudia Beach with its crystal clear waters and white sands.

Gorgeous, peaceful home with stunning pool

The location was perfect for us - a few cafes and restaurants in the small town of Buger but we had a car and got to explore the stunning beaches and surrounding areas. Only 30 mins from the airport which was perfect. Less than 10 mins from Sa Pobla see more
The location was perfect for us - a few cafes and restaurants in the small town of Buger but we had a car and got to explore the stunning beaches and surrounding areas. Only 30 mins from the airport which was perfect. Less than 10 mins from Sa Pobla for restaurants and supermarkets etc. Definitely get bottled water (we did drink tap on our first night as it was too late to head out and it wasn't that nice to drink). The house was amazing - we were a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler and had plenty of space. We enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace, swimming in the pool, BBQ's by the pool etc. The showers were of a decent pressure (have had some in the past that weren't good enough to wash my hair!). We did have to pay for electricity at the end (which we knew about) and I was pleasantly surprised that it was only around 72euro. Don't let it put you off as we used the aircon as much as needed and I was half expecting a huge bill but I felt it was reasonable for our useage. Recommendations: the cafe/pattiserie in Buger has beautiful cakes and is just a short walk away. There is another cafe just outside the church which was very reasonably priced (around 4euro for a coffee and coke). Really handy when you can't be bothered to drive out. Port de soller was the highlight of our visit and is well worth the 45 min drive. Alcudia beach had the clearest blue water and white sand but Port de Pollenca beach was probably my favourite for quieter family vibes.

Finding the property was easy and everything was as expected on arrival. We met the owner who came to water the plants on the first full day but she was lovely and explained where everything was etc.

Finding the property was easy and everything was as expected on arrival. We met the owner who came to water the plants on the first full day but she was lovely and explained where everything was etc.
The location is quiet but close to restaurants and cafes and only around 17 mins from the beach. Would highly recommend the patisserie/bakery in Búger! The pool area and terrace were perfect for family meals and fun in the pool. It is quite a deep pool so younger families need to be aware of that but was fine for us as we only had one toddler with us. I loved having a decent sized pool to swim in and we made good use of it on the warmest days. |

A couple of the doors don’t fully shut (upstairs bathroom in particular) but not an issue for us. Really very minor and easily solved by popping something in front of the door to hold it shut.
Overall we would definitely visit again and thank you fsee more

The first thing that strikes you as you arrive is how pretty and homely it is! Perfect for a party of six with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the pool, eating on the balcony and views. We hired a car and enjoyed trips to Pollença, Port de Ssee more
The first thing that strikes you as you arrive is how pretty and homely it is! Perfect for a party of six with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the pool, eating on the balcony and views. We hired a car and enjoyed trips to Pollença, Port de Sóller and Sa Pobla- Also stayed around the villa on a couple of days and made use of the local amenities- the village of Búger was a 10 minute walk and we enjoyed the local restaurants and cafes. It was a heat wave for the duration of our stay - air con in the bedrooms was a huge benefit at night. We found the host Antonia to be very helpful and welcoming.
