"Ca'n Nyany" is a rustic Mallorcan countryside house, mostly made of stone, located near the village of Búger. It features a private pool of 10m x 5m and 12 sun loungers for your sunbathing pleasure. Additionally, the large terrace, equipped with comfortable wicker furniture and a solid wood dining table, is ideal for outdoor dining. Its outdoor barbecue will allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors on the covered terrace, as well as the foosball or ping pong table with which you can unwind in the outdoor area.
The interior maintains the typical rustic Mallorcan style. This accommodation houses 12 people and is distributed across 6 spacious rooms with carefully chosen decorations. Three of the rooms have double beds, and the other three have two single beds each. The kitchen, with a long counter for comfortable cooking, is fully equipped to provide everything you need during your stay.
Featuring 5 bathrooms, three with showers and two with bathtubs, one of them being an en suite, they are equipped with modern facilities. In the living room, you can enjoy a DVD, satellite TV, and a computer with internet connection for moments of relaxation or entertainment.

Absolutely stunning villa in a perfect location, we had a lovely family holiday on a party of 10 and the villa was clean and very accommodating. The pool was lovely with plenty of shade in the hotter afternoons. Would definitely visit again.

There were 12 of us staying at the villa including 5 children, the property is secluded, peaceful and large, we had plenty of space. The outside area and pool was fantastic, lots of outside seating and pool side loungers to relax on. There are orangesee more

The outside area and pool was fantastic, lots of outside seating and pool side loungers to relax on. There are orange and lemon trees surrounding the property and local farm animals which the kids loved. Inside the property there were ample bedrooms to accommodate our large party. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials like salt, pepper etc, sugar etc. The local village is a ten minute walk away and has a few small restaurants and a mini supermarket which was handy for picking up supplies. I would love to stay here again,

The Property was very well maintained.

Der Pool ist einfach der Hammer. Ringsherum keine Nachbarn, die man stören könnte. Viele Bade- und Schlafzimmer. An der großen Tafel draußen kann man toll gemeinsam Essen und in der Lounge-Ecke den Abend ausklingen lassen. Super gerne wieder.

La casa tiene todos los utensilios que puedas necesitar y muy bien conservada. No hemos pasado nada de calor y hemos estado increíblemente cómodos y ha gusto. Repetiremos seguro.

Einte schöne Finka für größere Gruppen. Für uns 3 Familien mit 12 Personen war mehr als genügend Platz. Der große überdachte Bereich ist bei jedem Wetter ideal. Der Pool liegt nah an der Terrasse und man hat die Kinder immer in Sichtweite. Die Küche see more

Der Pool liegt nah an der Terrasse und man hat die Kinder immer in Sichtweite. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet (alles so gut wie doppelt vorhanden). Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein wirklich schöner Ort um in Ruhe mit viel Platz entspannen zu können. Ein halber Stern Abzug für die doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen Bäder.
