This beautiful estate with a stone facade features a well-kept garden around a pool of 8m x 4m with sunloungers, a shaded chill-out area, a barbecue, and a small porch at the entrance of the house where you can dine outdoors.
The house has a lovely living room with a comfortable chaise lounge and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need for your favourite recipes. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, along with a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. All rooms in the accommodation have air conditioning and WiFi.
The property is located in Buger, a charming village with small streets leading to the church square. Numerous local festivals are celebrated in this village. Moreover, it is just a few kilometres from the famous Alcudia beach.
The best sun and beach vacation awaits you in this wonderful finca with a pool.
Extra cost for electricity: 0.45 euros/kWh
Deposit: 250 euros/reservation
The local tax and deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid on arrival in cash.

Lovely finca, traditional outside, very modern inside. Exactly as the pictures show. Great pool & outside area in for parking. Good aircon. Sensible worktop spaces for meal prep & good sized fridge/freezer. A car is necessary due to its rural locatiosee more

Overall very functional & met our needs well.

Unfortunately 2 feral cats live at the property & made a real nuisance of themselves when we outside or trying to eat & attempting to get in the finca. It made meal & pool times much less relaxing as they were always ready to jump for food/drink.
