Villa Maria welcomes you for a holiday in absolute peace and quiet with a beautiful swimming pool. This wonderful house in the middle of nature belongs to the municipality of Alcudia, one of the most beautiful villages in the world. Moreover, it is only a few kilometres away from the beach of Alcudia, famous for its kilometres of white sand and turquoise waters. Alcudia has numerous restaurants, small shops with local products and many supermarkets.
The well-kept swimming pool of 4 x 8 metres (which is also child-safe) is surrounded by greenery, with a sun lounger area and a wonderful sun terrace which is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing in a peaceful and paradisiacal environment.
The house is connected to the outside through a porch furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors, as well as a large barbecue perfect for gatherings with family or friends.
Furthermore, the house has a living-dining room and a very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (two of them with two single beds each, and one with a double bed) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub). Furthermore, on the first floor there is a large balcony with a beautiful view of the nature.

Die Innenausstattung ist ok, aber nicht gemütlich. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer sollte erneuert werden. Die Matratze ist schlecht und es ist sehr klein.

Ruhig, aber doch nah an Alcudia und am Strand. Sehr guter, gepflegter Zustand des Hauses, des Gartens und des Pools. Alles war blitzblank, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
