Seul petit bémol, dont les autres ne sont pas responsable beaucoup de bruit ( petite rue avec pas mal de passage ) et fenêtres, peu isolées.

Lo peor es el tema de la basura. Es un poco rompecabezas como lo gestiona el municipio. No hay contenedores en el pueblo y creo que pasan a recogerla puerta a puerta, pero no he entendido dónde hay que dejarla y cuando pasan a recogerla.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena en Ideal Property Mallorca, sin duda la comodidad de un parking propio para dejar el coche se aprecia mucho, el apartamento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y lavar la ropa. La comunicación con el propietario muy buena, nos permitieron ingresar un poco antes y quedarnos un poco mas el ultimo día. Es un pueblo ideal si has alquilado coche para moverte a las diferentes playas. Por las noches dormimos con las ventanas abiertas y se escuchaba bastante el ruido de fuera, al cerrar las ventanas ya no se oía nada por la buena calidad de las ventanas. Cuenta con aire acondicionado en las 2 habitaciones y en el salón.

Vos attentions d’accueil (boissons, biscuits, charcuteries…) ont été très appréciées de même que votre réactivité et votre efficacité pour solutionner les deux ou trois petits problèmes techniques rencontrés. Seul le souci du lave-vaisselle restait à régler quand nous sommes partis mais nous imaginons que le problème doit être résolu désormais. La situation à Sa Pobla était vraiment idéale pour nous et le parking privé est véritablement un atout majeur. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans réserve !

Très bel appartement spacieux, propre, refait à neuf avec tout le nécessaire. literie confortable, machine à laver, cafetière verseuse. À notre arrivé nous avions eu bouteille d eau, jus de fruit, soda... parking sécurisé à côté de l'appartement. Immeuble de 2 étage avec ascenseur À proximité de la place principale de Sa Pablo, avec des restaurants, pizza et pâte à emporter... le quartier est animé le week-end.

siamo stati lì a Sa pobla per andare a trovare mio figlio che lavora ad Alcudia, facilmente raggiungibile in macchina a soli 15 min. completo di ogni confort, dall'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze ,cosa che col caldo che faceva ci ha fato molto psee more
siamo stati lì a Sa pobla per andare a trovare mio figlio che lavora ad Alcudia, facilmente raggiungibile in macchina a soli 15 min. completo di ogni confort, dall'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze ,cosa che col caldo che faceva ci ha fato molto piacere, alla lavatrice , lavastoviglie, stendino ecc.....ci siamo trovati benissimo persino il parcheggio privato con tanto di telecomando per accedervi!!Sublime... lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. se dovessimo mai tornarci lo risceglierei altre 100 volte anche solo per la pulizia che aveva...top!! ecco l'unica cosa che mi mancava era una caffettiera italiana , ma capisco non si può accontentare tutti ... consigliato al 100%100
