The terrace, a spacious outdoor corner, invites you to relax with comfortable armchairs and a table for outdoor dining. An outdoor shower gives you the possibility to freshen up after a day in the warm Majorcan sun, while the awning provides a pleasant respite in the shade.
Inside, a modern and spacious living room becomes the meeting point, equipped with a Smart TV for entertaining moments. The separate kitchen, bright and fully equipped, also connects to the terrace, creating a harmonious flow between spaces and natural light.
The three bedrooms offer a haven of rest, two of them with double beds and the third with bunk beds. Equipped with ceiling fans, they ensure cool and pleasant nights during the hot Mallorcan summers. In addition there are two air conditioners, one in the corridor and one in the dining room to provide you with the most comfortable environment.

The apartment was clean and spacious and had a large balcony which was great. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and is very central in Alcudia Port.
