Characterised by its marvellous views of the sea and the promenade of Can Picafort, it will allow you to disconnect and enjoy your holidays just a few metres from the beach.
It is composed of 3 rooms with a well-kept style: in one of its rooms there is a double bed, another one with a single bed and another room with two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other one with a shower. A dining-living room will allow you to relax and spend pleasant moments with family or friends. The independent kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils, as well as a dishwasher.
The location of this beautiful apartment is ideal for walking along the promenade of Can Picafort, having restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas nearby. A perfect home for a holiday without the need to use a car, as everything you need can be reached on foot.

The flat is very comfortable with all amenities. It was really nice and clean. Location was just perfect. 1 min from the best beach in Mallorca. We had a really good time there. The owner was very helpful and was quick to respond to any query.

It has a magnificent view on the sea with a great location. Apartment has all the necessary equipment starting from a micro wave oven and ending with the dish-washing machine. It was possible to leave our stroller on the ground floor and not taking isee more

It was possible to leave our stroller on the ground floor and not taking it upstairs. The flat is located on the second floor and without an elevator, thus one need to keep in stairs. It is located right on the central street and it might be a bit noisy during summer, though, during our stay it was quite. There is a couple of stores next to the building and a bigger supermarket 10 mins away. It’s literally 2mins from the sea. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

Чудове розташування: до моря дві хвилини, ресторани - тільки вийти з помешкання, величезний супермаркет - в 10 хвилинах пішки. Помешкання дуже зручне: у вітальні і в спальнях по кондиціонеру, кухня гарно обладнана, дві ванних кімнати.
