"El Sol" is a beautiful apartment located in the Port of Alcudia, just a few minutes' walk from the incredible and wonderful beach in the north of Mallorca.
The apartment belongs to a small complex with a large communal pool and lawn areas. The accommodation is on the ground floor and has a furnished terrace with a table for 4 people and a barbecue to enjoy the lovely weather of Mallorca. Inside the house, there is a living-dining room with a sofa, another dining table for 4 people, and a small kitchen with a breakfast bar. Additionally, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a room with a trundle bed, and another with a double bed as well as direct access to a second terrace at the back of the apartment.
Both the living-dining room and the two bedrooms are air-conditioned. The owner provides pool towels in addition to bath towels.

Apartment was exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable beds, lots of towels, blankets and bed linen available, lovely welcome basket, we cooked for ourselves a couple of nights and the kitchen was easy to navigate. The air con was wonderful, the apartment had good Wi-Fi and stayed cool for much of the day. The outdoor space was great, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The apartment being set back a little from the main road meant is was quiet and away from the busy ‘tourist’ areas but close enough to walk everywhere, a lovely little retreat for the hotter parts of the day. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had an earlier flight and the transfer company they recommended were great, good price for the private transfer 85euro each way. Brilliant holiday and a great little find 😊

We had a lovely long weekend here. It was peaceful, yet so close to the beach and restaurants, and bus stops. It was extremely clean. I would definitely return. We didn’t get chance to use the pool but I’m sure in summer it’s perfect. We loved that tsee more

There was a gorgeous welcome basket with wine and fruit waiting for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated too!

Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg. Insgesamt hat die hervorragende Ausstattung der Wohnung uns sehr überrascht |
