The only issue we had was with trying to open the main door from the street. The buzzer system didn't seem to open the electronic door catch very well. However, once we had managed to gain access, a cleaner showed us how to get in using the keys. Wousee more

This is a fabulous apartment. It had everything we neededwanted. The terrace was a wonderful place to watch the world go by. Despite being right on the front, it was also quite private. Everything in the apartment was of a high standard. The photographs on the website are exactly how you find the apartment. The people at the agency were very helpful and friendly and were easy to get in touch with. There were shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. A particular favourite restaurant of ours was sa Roqueta - but you must book! The beach was also very close, a few minutes walk. During our week there the weather was very hot, but the apartment stayed cool which was very useful. The bus stop and the taxi rank is a 10 minute walk away, just past the Tourist Information office. They are very helpful in the office. They explained to us how easy it is to get buses to lots of places on the island and so when we explored we used the bus service.

Pas de parking privé mais un parking public et gratuit à proximité. Nous avions une crainte au niveau de l'emplacement sur le port avec les restaurants par rapport aux bruits et aux odeurs et en fait pas du tout. Pas d'odeur de cuisine sur la terrasse et l'appartement climatisé est très bien insonorisé. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter et pourrions revenir dans l'avenir!

Excelente un poco ubicación en el paseo peatonal con vistas al puerto. Habitaciones amplias y bien decoradas y salón muy grande. La cocina pequeña pero renovada recientemente y muy bonita. Genial estancia!

Über den sehr großen Smart TV im Wohnzimmer kann auf alle gängigen Apps wie Netflix zugegriffen werden, das Streaming läuft ohne ruckeln. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr große Balkon mit Blick auf das Hafenbecken. Durch die zentrale Lage sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Hauseingang. Der große öffentliche und kostenlose Parkplatz in Alcúdia bietet ausreichen Parkmöglichkeiten und ist nur ca. 300 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.
