This charming sea-view apartment is located on the second floor of a small complex with an elevator and a large communal pool with sun loungers and grass right in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment is renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people, where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a glass door with a sofa for watching TV. There is another dining table for 4 people indoors, and with air conditioning. The kitchen has been refurbished and is fully equipped.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views, and direct access to the terrace as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Beach towels are provided in addition to bath towels.
The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is quiet, but in the vicinity, there are shops, bars, restaurants, the promenade, the port, and countless leisure activities (bike rentals, boat trips, etc.). Furthermore, the beach and the port of Alcudia regularly host well-known sporting events such as the Ironman or various culinary and cultural events. The old town of Alcudia is within walking distance, and numerous bus connections offer more excursion possibilities even without a car. A little tricky to find as the signs on the gates say "carabella" but we were looking for "cittidini" but once we found it we were very happy with the apartment and location. Excellent communication from IPM leading up to our visit. Well worth a visit and we had a wonderful holiday. I would not hesitate to book this apartment or to use IPM again. Thank you.

Wir konnten durch einen privaten Eingang direkt ans Meer. Die Unterkunft kann man sogar mit einem Fahrstuhl erreichen, wases natürlich sehr vereinfacht um schweres Gepäck nach oben zu transportieren. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig eingerichtsee more

Es wäre schön, wenn Mückengitter an die Fenster angebracht werden, weil man da abends schon das ein oder andere Problem hatte.
