Description
La perle de la finca "Sa Sort" se trouve au cœur vert de l'île et offre un grand confort pour des journées de vacances reposantes dans une finca typiquement mallorquine. La maison s'étend généreusement sur 228 m2 et 2 niveaux de vie. Dans la partie inférieure de la maison se trouve le grand salon très confortable, une salle de bain et une grande cuisine de style campagne. À l'étage se trouvent 4 chambres et une autre salle de bain. Il convient de souligner particulièrement l'espace extérieur bien entretenu et très verdoyant de cette finca, avec une terrasse meublée, un coin barbecue séparé et une magnifique zone de piscine. Le jardin méditerranéen invite à la détente sous des arbres ombrageux avec plusieurs hamacs et coins de détente.
La finca Sort vous offre le parfait équilibre entre un bon point de départ pour des excursions dans toutes les directions - par exemple à la plage, à la montagne ou dans les villages originaux de Majorque - et vous accueille à nouveau chez vous avec son confort et son intimité absolue après une journée passionnante.
La maison se trouve non seulement à quelques kilomètres d'Inca avec ses nombreuses possibilités de shopping et le plus grand marché hebdomadaire de Majorque, mais aussi tout près des localités réputées pour la viticulture comme Binissalem, Alaró, Consell et Santa María, qui sont accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture.

We loved our stay at Paco and Kiko’s house, Sa Sort. Checkin was easy, and both guys were really nice. The house had plenty of place for our group of six. The house is traditional, with a homely and rustic feel, and is quirkily decorated. All the facilities in the kitchen etc worked perfectly well and the shower room and bathroom were good. The beds and pillows were also comfy. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and rural, situated down old country lanes surrounded by fincas and smallholdings. It is a drive to shops, bars etc.it is doable with a bike if you have one. The garden is lovely with relaxing hammocks, table tennis, a lovely pool, barbecue area and plenty of outdoor seating. It even has a beautiful view to Puig de Massanella and Puig D’Alaró. For our climbing and walking holiday where we needed good access to the mountains and the coast we really couldn’t fault it and would love to come back.

Ein wunderschönes Haus und ein super Gastgeber! Das Anwesen liegt etwas außerhalb, es gibt kaum Nachbarn und man ist ungestört. Mit dem Auto sind schnell mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar, Autos können auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Dasplus
Ein wunderschönes Haus und ein super Gastgeber! Das Anwesen liegt etwas außerhalb, es gibt kaum Nachbarn und man ist ungestört. Mit dem Auto sind schnell mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar, Autos können auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Das ganze Anwesen ist umzäunt, der Garten ist gut gepflegt und bietet Pool, Hängematten und Tischtennisplatte! Küche und Grillstelle sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, man bekommt zudem Handtücher für das Haus und den Pool. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist der Vermieter immer erreichbar und schnell vor Ort! Somit ein gelungener Urlaub!
