"Dionis" est le nom de ce bel appartement, avec une grande terrasse offrant une vue sur la mer, en première ligne, là où commence la plage de sable kilométrique et connue d'Alcudia.
La terrasse est idéale, car en plus de ses incroyables vues sur la mer, elle dispose d'une table avec des chaises pour 4 personnes et de deux transats pour prendre le soleil. L'appartement dispose d'un salon-salle à manger assez spacieux avec de nombreuses fenêtres qui laissent passer la lumière et d'un canapé pour se reposer et regarder la télévision. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et connectée au salon.
De plus, ils disposent de deux chambres avec un lit double, toutes deux avec un accès direct à la terrasse vue mer, ce qui rendra votre séjour très confortable et d'une salle de bain avec baignoire. Les deux chambres et le salon disposent de la climatisation et du wifi.
Nous soulignons sans aucun doute l'emplacement de l'appartement : juste dans le port de plaisance du Port d'Alcudia, rempli de restaurants réputés, de supermarchés et d'un parc pour enfants sur la plage. Cette zone est souvent le théâtre de grands événements comme l'Ironman.

Lo peor son las zonas de acceso que están viejas y descuidadas. La ubicación es muy buena y aunque es complicado aparcar cerca, se puede ir andando a la playa y a los restaurantes.

Het appartement is compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien, ook was het super schoon bij aankomst en waren de instructies voor de zelf incheck heel duidelijk en gemakkelijk. De ligging was voor ons ideaal, direct aan het strand, waardoor we gemakkelijplus
Het appartement is compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien, ook was het super schoon bij aankomst en waren de instructies voor de zelf incheck heel duidelijk en gemakkelijk. De ligging was voor ons ideaal, direct aan het strand, waardoor we gemakkelijk heen en weer konden van strand naar het appartement. En het uitzicht over de baai en de haven is alleen al de moeite waard! Wij waren hier in het voorseizoen en het was qua geluid van de beneden gelegen restaurants goed te doen / stoorde ons niet. Je hoort wel de muziek en het geroezemoes, maar meer als achtergrond geluid. Het enige wat we vonden tegenvallen waren de parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt. In de nabije omgeving was eigenlijk nooit plek en bij ons was het nog niet eens hoogseizoen. Wij parkeerden steeds op het openbare parkeerterrein op 5 minuten loopafstand, dat was prima te doen, maar wel iets om je even op in te stellen.

- Im Schrank im Wohnzimmer waren zwei sehr alte Kissen mit kleinen Käfern. Die Kissen und auch der Schrank haben sehr nach Schweiß gestunken.
- Auf den Fotos ist ein Spielplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft zu sehen. Dieser existiert nicht mehr. Für unsplus

Supermarket across the road, right on the beach with great views, many restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk. We had a car, there isn’t parking at the property but plenty of parking within a few minutes walk? You can park briefly right outside to drop off and pick up luggage so wasn’t a problem? Host was very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy on how to get into the building and the apartment, code for the external door and key box for the apartment. Having a lift is handy! We would definitely recommend and would stay here again no problem!

Few negative comments on this place would be if we got a basic groceries such as bread, water etc from the owner .. there was nothing at all. As we are next to the beach, some beach articles would have been nice touch, towels etc. There was no shampoobody wash, but was on the listing. Alcuida is beautiful place to visit and would recommend it.

Même pour faire les courses, juste à traverser la rue. Honnêtement, génial. Surtout avec des enfants. Très bien climatisé. Appartement les pieds dans l’eau avec la plage juste en bas. Mon fils a pleuré quand on est parti ! :) Dernier point super important : aucun problème pour se stationner. Parking à proximité.

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views of the beachfront, good for people watching on the busy streets surrounding the apartment too. We hired a car and managed to find spaces in nearby streets within walking distance, there’s a buplus

We hired a car and managed to find spaces in nearby streets within walking distance, there’s a bus stop outside the apartment for public transport. There’s a great Spar directly across the road with lots of variety and UK brands. Plenty of restaurant sections immediately outside and a short walk away at the Marina. We travelled with our 3 year old and she loved how close it was to the beach & there’s a small play area directly outside. There’s trampolines / bouncy castles just a few minutes walk up the marina too for the little ones. The host was very attentive and had everything looked out that we needed for our daughter. The aircon was great in all the bedrooms to keep us cool in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you could need. The wifi was very fast for streaming TV.

Da wir dies vorher wussten, hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört es war schliesslich Urlaub -) Direkt Parken am Appartment ist nicht möglich, aber es befindes sich ein öffentlicher Parkplats (kostenfrei) in der Nähe (ca. 7 Min laufen), so das dies auch kein Problem war. Alles in Allem können wir dieses Appartment sehr empfehlen (Aufenhalt Ende April/ Anfang Mai)

Ce coquet appartement avec vue sur mer est situé au deuxième étage d'un petit complexe avec ascenseur et une grande piscine communautaire avec transats et pelouse juste devant la plage de Puerto de Alcudia.
L'appartement est rénové et décoré avec goût en blanc. Il dispose d'une grande terrasse avec une table et des chaises pour 4 personnes où vous pourrez passer la plupart du temps et profiter des fabuleuses vues sur la mer. La terrasse est communicante avec le salon-salle à manger à travers une grande fenêtre avec un canapé pour regarder la télévision, une autre table à manger pour 4 personnes à l'intérieur et la climatisation. La cuisine est rénovée et dispose de tous les conforts.
De plus, l'appartement dispose d'une chambre avec un lit de mariage, vue sur la mer et un accès direct à la terrasse, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits individuels et une salle de bain avec douche. Dans l'appartement, vous trouverez des serviettes de plage en plus des serviettes de bain.
