“Flor” es una acogedora casa con piscina de agua salada de tamaño 6m x 4m situada a pocos metros de playa de Muro cerca del puerto de Alcudia. La zona exterior de esta casa, cuenta con una terraza cubierta con una gran mesa de comedor donde comer al aire libre. Aquí puede disfrutar del desayuno, la barbacoa por la noche o de agradables momentos en familia o con amigos. La piscina, equipada con cómodas tumbonas donde relajarse al sol, dispone también de una barrera infantil móvil, para los más pequeños si fuese necesario.
La casa, que cuenta con dos plantas, tiene en la planta baja una pequeña cocina con acceso a la terraza y al área de la piscina, equipada con frigorífico-congelador, fregadero, microondas y encimera para una mayor comodidad.
En la planta inferior hay un dormitorio y un baño y en la parte superior hay otros 2 dormitorios y otro baño. Dos de los dormitorios tienen cama de matrimonio y el otro, camas individuales. La cocina perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para una gran comodidad. La sala de estar con terraza y una hermosa vista del lago a la derecha de la casa harán de tus vacaciones una estancia inmejorable.
Cerca del alojamiento podrá encontrar canchas de tenis, además de restaurantes y bares a corta distancia, este alojamiento le ofrece numerosas opciones de ocio, descanso y entretenimiento.

Kitchen fully equipped and all things we needed were provided in the house. Owner was amazing. We were received with a huge basket of delicious fruits and got a delicious pastry later on in the week. Managing agency was super responsive for small items we encountered, also made recommendations for local transportation.

The rooms are spacious and the overall layout of the property was nice. You can relax around the pool area and have evening meals outside (either at the frontback of the house) - it had a nice BBQ area to use as well. The pool is clean and well maintver más

You can relax around the pool area and have evening meals outside (either at the frontback of the house) - it had a nice BBQ area to use as well. The pool is clean and well maintained, the Kitchen was clean and well furnished and the beds were comfortable. We were really happy with the Villa. It is also in a nice location, very close to a convenient bus stop. We didn't need to hire a car just took a bus direct from airport (approx 1h15min) and then we used buses most days to get into the main alcudia port, the old town and also further afield down into Agulla. There is a really nice beach and good shops and restaurants within walking distance too. The villa owner was very friendly and dropped by one morning with a local delicacy to share with us. Overall a 5* stay - loved it!

The furniture is rather traditional, but we've spent most of our time on the beach or the pool anyway. The beds are a little short for tall people, the kitchen well equipped and the pool can be closed for kids. The second downstairs kitchen is a huge plus. We were lucky and the house next door was empty, if occupied, it can be a bit noisy depending on the neighbours. All in all a great Finca.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. We were greeted with a huge plate of fruit, biscuits, wine and a delivery of sweet bread which was lovely. We were 2 families with young children (toddlers and babies). The house was perfect, had great space for diver más
We had an absolutely fabulous stay. We were greeted with a huge plate of fruit, biscuits, wine and a delivery of sweet bread which was lovely. We were 2 families with young children (toddlers and babies). The house was perfect, had great space for dining, playing and relaxing. The pool was enjoyed nearly all day everyday. We made full use of the kitchen and bbq. Ate out on 3 evenings but it was nice to be back at the villa so we could put the children to bed and have a couple of glasses of wine. The showers were lovely and powerful and lots of towels and spares were provided. It was great to have a washing machine with young ones. We had to leave to get our flight at 4am but the family we were holidaying with were leaving at check out time had a nightmare with BA cancelling their flights so we’re late getting sorted. Thankfully the owners were so nice and helpful when they came to clean the house. They were really friendly and understanding. We all thank you for a lovely stay xx

An- und Abreise mit Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos und auch die Kommunikation mit Vermietung und Hauseigentümern war absolut unproblematisch. Das Haus ist sauber, der Pool so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und das Meer ist wirklich nur einen Katzenver más

Das Haus ist sauber, der Pool so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und das Meer ist wirklich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Mit dem Bus kommt man super in die Innenstadt Alcudias oder zum Hafen. Alternativ bietet der Radverleih um die Ecke Räder zu kleinem Preis an - nachfragen lohnt sich! Ein Geheimtipp ist das kleine Restaurant Hawaii auf dem Weg zu Strand - das Banner ist nicht sehr vorteilhaft, dafür sind die Speisen lecker und die Preise gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist gut vom Flughafen mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Bus Station ist sehr nah, deshalb kann man auch viele Ausflüge mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unternehmen. Der Strand ist wunderschön und auch ganz nah. Die Restaurants in der Nähe siver más

Der Strand ist wunderschön und auch ganz nah. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind gut und sehr kinderfreundlich, auch die Preise der Kindermenüs super. Wer es etwas schicker möchte fährt einfach mit dem Bus am Hafen ein paar Stationen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben eine riesige Ensaimada gegen Ende des Urlaubes vorbeigebracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben nur das ganze Geschirr in die untere Küche geräumt, da wir den ganzen Tag im Freien verbracht haben und somit nur zum Schlafen die obere Etage genutzt haben. (piscine/escaliers) Elle est idéalement placée moins de 5 min des commerces/restaurants et 2 min de la plage à pied. Nous avons eu un plateau de fruits ainsi que du vin à notre arrivée et les propriétaires nous ont apporté un gâteau majorquin. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa !

We had a fabulous stay at this place, couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a huge villa, 4 generous bedrooms each with air conditioning, 2 well equipped bathrooms with showers, utility room and large kitchen and living / dining room. There’s so much rover más

It’s a huge villa, 4 generous bedrooms each with air conditioning, 2 well equipped bathrooms with showers, utility room and large kitchen and living / dining room. There’s so much room at both front and back, and a lovely elevated balcony terrace looking out over the local tennis courts with a view to the mountains. The pool / area is excellent too - just the right size with a large dining area to the side too. The owners really have thought of everything- and even left us a gorgeous Mallorcan cake to enjoy!! Supermarket just round the corner, so you can either enjoy the local restaurantscater for yourselves. Perfect week.

They went above and beyond by allowing us to check in earlier than expected, as there were no guests the previous night. Communication was outstanding they were always prompt and efficient in addressing our questions. To top it off, the owner surprisver más
They went above and beyond by allowing us to check in earlier than expected, as there were no guests the previous night. Communication was outstanding they were always prompt and efficient in addressing our questions. To top it off, the owner surprised us with a delicious cake at the end of our stay. It was simply incredible and easily one of the best cakes you'll ever taste! The location was perfect, with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the Port was just 8-10 minutes away on the bus, and the beach was only a 3-4 minute walk. The villa was exceptional, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you'd need. The highlight was the beautiful pool and the fantastic brick-built BBQ, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Without a doubt, we will be considering this villa for future stays. It is truly worth every penny and offers an unforgettable experience.

She lived quite close so popped round to drop a sweet bread off for our stay as well as being available whenever we needed help with anything. The baby gate across the pool and at the top of the stairs were a life saver with 2 young toddlers with us. There were also buckets and spades in the utility which the children could play with. There were also a lot of towels both for the bathroom as well as by the pool. There was everything needed in the kitchen too. We walked to the centre of Alcúdia along the beach front which was lovely to.

Owners of villa came with a delicious pastry dish for us the day before we left.

Only two little thing : a fridge in the laundry room to have easy access to drink when chilling by the swimming pool. The kitchen is far from the swimming pool area.
And a better quality for the extra bed. The beds of the villa are supper but sincver más
